5199, if you count 8 surviving locos - 10 preserved, but 5193 and 4115 no longer exist.

 

Doh!! Nunney visited in 2014!!

 

Large Prairie 5199 seems highly likely as 5944 posted above.

So I think I am right in saying we still have another loco to be announced..... could it be 73082 Camelot which could drop in on the way home from WSR?

 

Next visiting locomotive announced 12am. Only visited once before and in BR Black!

I was thinking 5619

 

5619 is currently black but it has never visited the MHR. 5637 from the East Somerset Railway visited in 2004.
However, I don't think it is currently black unless it has had a very recent repaint.
I was also thinking of 5541 which has also visited for a Gala but I don't think this is black at the moment either.
Can't think what else it could be.

A lot people are sayings 5619, apparently she has visited before well over a decade though. I know 5637 has but can anyone facts check on 5619 ever visiting?

That was my guess, its at Llangollen the weekend before, a long diversion on its way back home.

Excellent to hear that 80078 is coming back. She was very popular at the End of SR steam event last year. Always glad to see one of these fine Riddles designs in action.

 

Wasn't expecting that - thought it would be another GWR loco. The statement "for this visit it will be in BR black" was a bit misleading. It suggests to me that when the loco previously visited it was in a different colour scheme. But it's a Standard 4 tank - have they ever appeared in something other than BR black?
