Whey hey! Another excellent visitor as far as I'm concerned. I think these standard tanks are very well proportioned and really stylish!!

Not in BR service I believe, although 80135 was BR Green at the request of the owner on the NYMR.

Hopefully 80078 will face London this time round, given t'was t'other way last time......

That would be nice, as I didn't really get a decent shot of her working that time.

As for the Copper Tops, don't mind which way they face.

Pose it alongside 80150 if it's facing London... a 'Before and After'! ;)

Yes and renumber 80150 as 80078 then they could send the wrong one back after the gala. No-one will ever notice the difference :)

D'yer think Mangapps would notice the dif'rence, Sir? I mean, they both have the same number of wheels, same basic shape - no-one would spot the dif'rence Sir!

Can’t be to long before a timetable will be available to down load off the web site.

Some of us rather enjoy getting dirty working on 80150, so leave her be at Alresford thanks. ;)

Others need to be given far more credit than me, work stops me getting there too often, but I do enjoy working on her when I can.
Her appearance has come on massively and the group are succeeding in conserving her, and indeed, taking small steps in her restoration (such as the work going into the new roof).

The 80150 group will have a stall at the gala with some branded merchandise. Please come and say hello and maybe buy something.

I will add that the merchandise is very good as I bought one of the polo shirts at the open weekend. Very nice quality. Hoping to buy a woolly hat at the Gala.

I would offer to buy one, but the hats and polo shirts would clash with the usual shirts!
