I've answered your question regarding the movement of 34046/052.
For diesel movements please check the Realtime Trains website nearer the date. <BJ>

Can't see anything in RTT from Crewe H.S.to the WSR -- However did notice ECS paths for runs via Telford on both Tuesday and Wednesday this week, I'm assuming diesel hauled unless anyone knows different.

Carnforth - Hellifield move for Pendle Dalesman appears to be cancelled due to a "problem". Anyone able to confirm if it's likely to be diesel hauled over the S&C?

It is being diverted to Carnforth for the northbound. Steam coming on there then going over the WCML to Carlisle. Return should be S&C as planned as it currently stands I believe.

Looking at the times at Culgaith on RTT it could be single line working this morning on the S and C up your way Ian. But I can't see what freight train has caused the problem.

Meanwhile no reports on the train itself since 1020 at Calder Bridge Jn.
