    In North Somerset, an interesting planning application has been submitted to recreate a cameo of the Weston Clevedon & Portishead Railway as part of a new cycle route between Clevedon and Weston:

    It doesn't seem to be sustrans doing it, but North Somerset transport department, though I'm not surprised, there was a flurry of activity from sustrans from the early 2000's to about 2012 in regard to cycle paths, in the last few years however they just seem to sit on the disused land they own, jealously guarding it, I don't have a problem with that however if it means some disused rail lines aren't taken off the table.
