    Depending on the approach, if the road was rising up to the crossing. Then the Merc driver could claim he/she didn't see the engine, on account of it being blue and the sky being cloud free and blue too, thus masking the engine......:Saywhat:

    Whiplash occurs when there is a sudden acceleration or deceleration. I don't think the Y14 (still went to type J15) velocity changed very rapidly as a result of the impact. Thankfully
