This is probably the wrong forum but its as close as I can find. I am looking for info regarding ,what appears to be a derelict loco. It is one of only 2 produced . It is the Hudswell Clark 0-6-0 Alnwick Castle running number 4001. The sister loco Austell Castle 4002 is preserved on th ELR but 4001 is on a waste piece of land by a shoe shop. Apparently it has been cannibalised to keep 4002 running and is in a terrible state but I have seen worse. No one seems to know anything. Phone calls are not returned nor e mails answered. As it is only one of 2 locos ever built for the MSC. I think it deserves better and at least an effort made to bring it back from the brink if at all possible . Anyone know anything Regards
