    Did daniel gooch build a 7ft gauge class of pannier tank locos just with a spectacle plate?

    Yes I am an active volunteer
    That was standard gauge and didnt become a pannier tank until much later in its life; it was built as a broad gauge saddle tank.

    Oh then i got confused wi looking at the duke dog looking motion rods and thus also my dad told me there were a 7ft gauge pannier so was the gwr buffallo class broad gauge or standard loco gauge?
