There are two pumping stations Ralph.
The southernmost is at Mill Meece just north of where the A519 crosses the WCML, the second, this one, is at Lower Hatton ( also referred to as Swynnerton ) just north of Cranberry Village on the A51.

Something has left Tyseley and gone through Small Heath Sth Jn.

 

Should be Clun, times running out to get her ready for her Inaugural run next week.

 

That would be 7029 to Small Heath, Lafarge and off from Small Heath at 12:50pm today I think to to tyseley steam trust

 

Should be - anyone seen it??

 

R.T.T. Times have been activated and 7029 has moved to Small Heath Lafarge now should be ready to depart to Tyseley at 12:50 pm.

 

And to Whitlocks End at 16:28pm and back to Tyseley at 17:42pm and again at 19:38pm and return Tyseley 21:15pm.

 

Just seen a video on twitter of it, light engine at Small Heath.

Yeh but castles were 4 cylinder 4.6.0. locos, something Stanier didn't build.

There were only other classes of loco I can think of what were 4.6.0. 1 class all scrapped the G.C.R. Robinson B7s and S.R. Lord Nelson class, King class and Star class.

 

If this refers to my post, it was only a tongue in cheek comment on the leaky drain cock, which appears to affect LMS locos more than any other.

 

Probably because of the lack of run round at the destination and that they were happy that one would not be needed on a comparatively short run.
