Now that 35018 has been marked for the CME, presumably it'll be Leander on the Thunderer. They are being remarkably silent, given that it's less than a day away.

 

It appears to have been mentioned in passing in the LE thread the 8F although no idea where the info came from?

It only what I heard from different sources, not official

 

Both the 8F and BIL are in steam at Carnforth tonight

 

Stock for Doncaster was top & tailed by 2 x 57`s

Sorry if this sounds pedantic but the locos have been reported as 57.313 and 57.316. <BJ>

 

yes 57`s - all look the same to me - couldnt see a number on the front one as it passed
