    Wilmcote with 34046, we had a clear platform until the old chap on the right came out of the bike shelter. Actually I think that by facing the loco he adds something to the shot.

    Wylam in 1985 - to get the signal box in shot it was necessary to be on the platform so nothing to do but include the crowd as part of the shot. The young lad nearest the camera doesn't look too sure of Evening Star.
