    150th Anniversary Steam Gala - Built in Leeds

    A celebration of steam marks the 150th Anniversary of the first trains to Blaenavon from the north by the LNWR. An intensive timetable of passenger and Mineral trains hauled by our three resident and two visiting steam locomotives. Friday is Leeds day with the three Leeds built locos working all trains, Saturday and Sunday sees Rosyth and Empress joining the Leeds built locos. A feast of industrial locomotives not to be missed!

    Visiting from Middleton Railway

    Hudswell Clarke 1208 ‘Illingworth’
    Visiting from Embsay and Bolton Abbey Railway thanks to Stately Trains

    Bagnall 3061 ‘Empress’

    Andrew Barclay 1385 ‘Rosyth No. 1’
