A couple of hours later she returned from "the other room" to say that when the smoke cleared she could "see" a green locomotive, the number zero and the letters R-A-T. Eat your heart out Derek Acorah! Our final hope rests with Mystic Winskill.

46100 in steam at Crewe this morning

 

Got their Class 47 on the rear today.

 

But standard is on the front, lobby windows open and the door between lobby and seats open, steam in carriage and even triggered the fire alarm.

 

Approaching Acton Bridge just after midday on the northbound run.
