Is there a timetable / loco roster available for this event? Can't seem to find one on the web site. TIA.

First trip out this morning to Battlefield Line in a few years and enjoyed a couple of hours out in the cold.

Can confirm that there are no freight services running, but enjoyed the jaunt up the line.

It was fairly busy when I left, but I guess that its the first gala of the year and not much else running locally.

A good gala day for saturday but not the expected double headed gala with small pararie tankys at 4pm in the evening instead a better one both visiting locos 5526 piloting 6989 whitwick hall to shenton return to shackerstone unfortunaty i could only do the up leg to shenton with coming to the B.L. from hinckley part way by train from leeds and biking up to shenton from hinckley. Anyhow a few o my pics from saturdays B.L. gala 1st pic 5526 at shackerstone 2nd pic 5542 at shackerstone and 3rd pic 6989 rear and 5526 front.

I like your dedication, train and bike from Leeds, done plenty of that myself ,managed to promote myself to a motor bike later ,deleting the train bit. There myself on Sunday ,a small amount of sun in the afternoon if you were in the right place.

I've just been going back through my photos of the gala and in the yard at Shackerstone I've got a picture of what I believe to be BR Mark 2 13447. I've looked online and all my books and it shows this as been as the Mid-Norfolk railway. Have I missed this being transferred as I can't find a record?
