A grand mix of hills thrown in today and all with a spine-tingling soundtrack! Also satisfying to be able to travel by steam through my neck of the woods (Slaithwaite).

Great to see so many RTC regulars and faces from Nat Pres on board as I viewed enviously from the platform at Brighouse this morning.
I managed a short mobile phone clip anyway.

45562 Copy Pit 1.jpg Climbing up to the summit at Copy Pit, looking and sounding superb. The smoke blew across a bit on the next few frames, unfortunately.

Great to see all the stills and videos of today whilst we still have the accompanying sound track as we tear through Diggle for the second time

45562 at Lancaster, Miles Platting bank , Portsmouth and finally Copy Pit. The place to be was Miles Platting in my opinion for the pure sound.

'45562' roars over Todmorden viaduct and past the floodlit town hall, about 15 down and in the last bit of daylight.
I was just about to pack up and go home!

Ridiculously good weather given the Storm Jorge predictions, 45699 did not disappoint in any of today’s locations. My own view at Copy Pit this afternoon, couldn’t have asked for better (aside from a lack of an RTC headboard perhaps ;))! 2D414FE6-6D5F-4C0A-B1E4-77BB01CB1E74.jpeg
