The following year, 62005 at the same location. Both days were when the GB tour ran in two sections. The next photo I've got after 61994 is the two 5s at Drumochter summit. The one following 62005 is 60009 at Montrose!

 

My shot wasn't of the 2013 GB outing - it was taken during the September weekend West Highlander operation that year. The K4 had worked the train from Glasgow the day before. This was followed by a return trip to Arisaig that evening with the K1. On the Sunday the K4 worked to Crianlarich where Ian Rileys two Black 5s top and tailed to Oban and back The K4 then took over again to continue back to Glasgow. They don't make weekends like that any more!

An interesting shot indeed Peter, there can't have been too many instances since 1984 of two LNER designed locos on separate trains ready to leave Fort William, it may well be a one off.

And sorry to hear about Bobby Duncan too.

The following year (2014) the Jacobite ecs from Tom na Faire was set up to be at Mallaig Junction as the Steam Dreams train departed south on 14th and 16th May. Well done to John Hunt. On the second attempt the sun actually shone.
I have posted it before but it's worth another outing.
