    Yes, the NRM is the first port of call, when they reopen, of course. However, I would suggest you find out the full details of the wagon.

    I've not had any joy with the NRM drawings list catalogue. I will contact them, when they reopen.

    The NRM 'OPC' list gives these:—

    11752 G.A. of 4 wheel std. bogie for 25 ton boiler wagon GWR
    11764 G.A. of 4 wheel bogie 4' WB for 35 ton boiler truck No.36949 GWR 1901
    10067 G.A. of 8 wheel 65 ton trolley (Crocodile H) Lot 948 GWR 1925

    Microfiche 10067 is a likely candidate as that has the beefed-up springing that your (I assume) chopped Macaw has. If it doesn't have a detailed drawing of the bogie it will almost certainly contain a drawing list enabling you to target its number.

    I've scanned a drawing that shows the lighter variant that was fitted to most Macaws & Crocs. See the attached PDF:—
