    Some Digital 8 camcorders can play Hi8 tapes and output a digital signal. I was using that method for a while but the FireWire output from the camcorder died. The instructions said that you could use the USB output but that it wasn't so good.

    I was at Warminster to see 20118 and 20132 on the Eastleigh to Long Marston coaching stock train, An added bonus was the passing of a couple of freights, worked by 66719 and 70809 and these are seen passing Warminster on their way to Eastleigh.
