The feeling is mutual. I thought I was the only one, and been worrying since I bought the ticket (1 ticket for 3 people)

Nope, another Welsh visitor here too - seems the SVR have timed this one to perfection.

Tickets aren’t being issued, you check-in at the Booking Office on the day to collect your wristbands. Details can be found on your email confirmation.

    Thanks,
    Lewis

Don't count on Lady of Legend running as numerous problems were discovered with the locomotive when it arrived at Bridgnorth. We can only hope that the problems are overcome.

I think those type of announcements are best left to official channels.

In part you are correct. Problems were found but it has been put through the works at Bridgnorth and has just left Bridgnorth on its scheduled test run.

As has been mentioned it’s best to leave these comments until official statements have been released.

I happily stand corrected, the image I was sent showed 2999 in the shed with brake systems removed, so the staff have done a bang up job if that's the case.

It's currently on its way back to Bridgnorth on a loaded test run with the GW set.

Someone's put some footage up in both the SVR and "Everything Great Western" Facebook groups which is rather good! Both are private groups so you need to be both a Facebook member and a member of those groups to view.
