EDIT - An English Electric 0-6-0 "Richborough Castle" is also advertised from the East Kent Railway.

 

Network Rail are selling a Class 08 diesel shunter.

For Sale: BR Mk2 TSO, 5188
Vacuum fitted.
Steam and ETH fitted, though some minor electrical components missing, could be made to work without too much difficulty.
Toilet cubicles have been removed leaving an open plan area with potential conversion for disabled access.
Interior complete, spare slam door frame included.

Not sure if mentioned before but the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway are trying to sell 4958 - the Southern Railway mail coach that many years ago used to be attached to Ropley Works and used as a store.

Part of a big clear out which has also involved asking the owner of the LSWR dining coaches to move them on.

Hopefully the mail coach will find a good home, but it’s of limited use to most railways being non passenger carrying.

Anything more than £150 x tonnage is a waste of money.

e.g. £150 x 15t = £2250
