Fens and Fells postponed

 

Their site doesn't say anything about postponed, it's fully booked, and the times are still in RTT (although that is no guide!!)

As a passanger booked on it, I can assure it is postposed. I am really disappointed, I seem to rememeber the first time this was postponed was pre covid.

 

Railway Herald says it's postponed.

 

Tickets were sold on the basis that social distancing would have ended so had to be pulled, same as the now postponed Clan Line trip to Margate

 

Blue Pullman added to original post, south only on S&C, return via ECML.

Blue Pullman is HST so wont have water stops.

 

Really! This was a joke I made when the first trips of this unit was being made, and Alan/46223 made the jocular reply that I hadn't been taking my tablets to control the steam only affliction, joke falls flat when explained. See you in the fells!

 

I don't recall having to remind you to take your medication Harold, when was this?

 

First time the Blue Pullman was out and the times appeared on RTT, I made the pun that I could not see the water stops, you chided me with a suggestion I had not been taking my medication! Perfectly acceptable in view of my initial comments.

Ah yes, thanks for that Harold. Unfortunately I won't be out tomorrow but may go to see 60103 on Sunday.
