    Leander captured crossing the Mersey over the Runcorn Bridge, through Colwyn Bay, approaching Penmaenmawr and returning across the River Weaver at dusk.

    A superb day on the coast yesterday, LMS 5XP No.45690 'Leander' is seen hauling 'The North Wales Coast Express' from Liverpool to Holyhead. Seen at Edge Hill, Pen y Clip Viaduct, Pendalar, Rhosneigr, Llyn Maelog, Kinmel Bay and Sutton Weaver Bridge.
