Looking forward to it, what should be expect loco wise, just home fleet of 80151, 65, 30541, 847 & 263 (should 73082 be back in traffic by then), or is there visitors potentially in the pipeline (I see there is a Terrier doing a nice tour at the moment).

When are timetables likely to be available. I need to book our cheap advance rail tickets to EG to fit with the Bluebell service

I like to imagine this week sometime. Looks like "Camelot" is touch and go.

Further event details now online. Camelot will be on static display. 263, 65, 30541, 847 and 80151 should see service on the passenger sets with D4106 and 10241 "Skippy" (the C&W shunter) also in service around Horsted Keynes by the looks of it. I expect the timetable to be uploaded within the next couple of days.

Timetables now up, looks like 847 hasn't made it (which presumably also explains why the planned cavalcade has disappeared from the plan)

I don't think there is anything complex, sadly. From the crew diagrams, 80151 and 541 are off shed 30 minutes before the first trains they haul. 65 and 263 are off shed 45 minutes before (presumably 80151 will have its stock in the platform overnight and 541 in the Newick siding; 263 and 65 will get their's from the carriage shed hence a longer shunt). At the end of the day locos shunt their own stock. 80151 on shed for coal each day after its second trip.
