1450 - to the Flour mill, Mike Littles other engine 5538 is also there undergoing restoration, although that is going to be halted until 1450 is completed, I do wonder if we will see 5538 Bridgnorth bound one day in the future.

A small prairie on the Valley again would be nice.

After some swapping around over the weekend, Monday onwards will see 1501 (having returned after some axlebox work) on the Bridgnorth set and 43106 and 75069 on the south end turns.

Note: after monday 2nd, S2 (11.00 ex-KR) will be doing two full round trips rather than turning around at Bewdley in the middle part of the day.

Few from today of the three that have been in operation this week,

43106 leaving Arley, 1501 nearing Arley & 75069 departing Highley.

The BR black theme carries on this week with 1501 and 75069 continue to be used on N1 and S2, while 7714 swaps for 43106 on sunday on S1. As S1 is 6 coaches GW coaches, that seems a better use of locos to me. Shame it isn't in GWR livery...

It was under repair on Thursday, with much hammering to keep inquisitive people away!

Would be good to know whether 1501 will be around next weekend on the 21st. If so then the railway will be worth a visit.

1501 is back in use tomorrow.
We won't know the roster until the end of the week, but I believe the railway is trying to keep the same locos in use for as long as possible ie washout to washout.

Jolly good, I've missed a large prairie on the Valley.

Allelys are collecting 6960 today. Hopefully it won't be too long before it returns.

An interesting day yesterday caused by lineside fires causing large delays and traffic gridlocked in Kidderminster due to a massive warehouse fire,

46100 'Royal Scot' arriving and departing with a tour from London, 34027 'Taw Valley' taking the tour to Bridgnorth and service trains provided by 75069 & 43106:
