    28th-30th Aug 10am-5pm
    ***Guest loco - Hunslet Austerity 0-6-0ST No.3193 on loan from Bressingham
    Also running - Hawthorne Leslie 0-4-0ST 'Swanscombe No.4', Class 31 No.31289 and Class 33 No.33053
    Passenger trains and demonstration freight trains (locos rotating duties)

    Kids rides, food outlets, bar, traction engines

    No I do not currently volunteer
    excellent day out on Monday at this - very busy, staff seemed to think loadings had been heavy right across the weekend. Demonstration freights gave some good photo opportunities, particularly at Pitsford sidings, ok food, excellent beer, two Allchins in the same field... Really is a lovely little line and with the new platform at Boughton coming on, hopefully it will be onwards to Spratton before very much longer...
