Assume she is going into the riley works and possibly cheaper/more convenient to do the whole move via road, rather than rail to Bury then load her there?

I assume tender will stay at Carnforth?

 

I’m not 100% certain - but I would of thought that the boiler certificate keeps ticking...

 

Probably failed the FTR due to a issue with the rear drivers, or lack of...

45212 heading home after the Northern Belle was cancelled

 

I wondered about that but thought that movement was not scheduled till later in the week?

 

It was going to move down south today, then to Keighley later in the week, but with the Northern Belle now cancelled, I guess the first movement has now become the final one to Keighley.
