Not a great video as taken on my phone and I didn't realise there was a tree at the end of the platform, but 46100 makes commuters look up from their phones as it passes Olton this morning

Interesting to see 46100 in the loop at Challow at the signal behind us while we took water ( I’m on The Pullman with Clan Line. The late running Scot was looped to allow two to pass. Has that ever happened before?

It is due to the water stop being altered as 38 cows seemed to want to turn themselves into Sunday dinner at Oxford.

The water stop should have been at Hinksey after that incident

I think I may have heard about one being planned but I think one of the tours was running late.
Best I can offer from my own experience is Galatea on a CCE next to Britannia on Pathfinder's The Cumbrian Fells Express at Carlisle Upperby with both locos taking water due to access to the station being denied due to ECML diversions that day. (May 30 2015). This being the day the Brit was the next train following Galatea's slow progress up Shap.

Should have been John but that loop was full of freights that were being held to allow passenger trains through.

Here's my footage of Royal Scot accelerating away from Bath bound for Bristol at Saltford. The video also features 35028 Clan Line with the VSOE Pullmans. I hope you enjoy the video.

Gosh that video brought back memories of 60+ years ago when I used to spot the Kings and Castles thundering through Leamington. Am I correct that it shows it coming over from the old Midland line? And the church...St Peter's? where I was christened. My grand mothers house was nearby, up Tachbrook Road opposite the old Midland Red garage
Hope I'm right and the grey matter is still ok. I still visit Leamington, Warwick and Stratford as I have many family there, unfortunately now usually for funerals. Thank you very much for that.

It was a nice day in the Cherwell Valley and the Vale of the White Horse

Here's 46100 at King's Sutton, Baulking and Somerton

Hi - she came straight down from Warwick, so not via the old Midland Line - can't comment on the church though!
    Best wishes,

    Mike
