    Many thanks.

Can't 100% promise not to reply to any further digressions from Mr.Adams' T3 ... but done for now. Honest! :)

The appeal has now reached its target. The tender tank and frames having been separated, and are at Norden ready to be moved into Herston works for repairs.

To help promote 563 and generate more donations so we can hopefully complete the overhaul in 2023, we've recently been filming a new series of short videos. 'Legacy of a Legend' is the first video and is now available on YouTube to enjoy!

In this episode I'll show you a brief insight into 563's past at the National Railway Museum to discover why the T3 is so historically important to us...

I do wonder how a certain mag will report this when it returns to action?

Dorset Life? I'd imagine it's be worth a cover and centrefold at the very least. :Pompus:

I’m thinking more of a certain mag based in Peterborough who’s previous editor’s aren’t happy with the NRM.

The word "previous" might be significant here.

Very true. We’ll see how it’s reported in ‘’Trackside’ then

All magazines have been very good towards us in recent times.

A lot of water has passed under the bridge since previous controversies, and I think the standard of work being undertaken and the prospect of seeing a loco in steam that most never thought they would has helped to settle many concerns that were had.

    Lets not go there!
Does 563 have a mention in the 1981 share prospectus though? ;)
