We have a last minute timetable change for the Diesel Gala on Saturday 7th.
Due to a fault, visiting Class 31 31128 has been swapped with 73136 until further notice.
The 73 will take over the diagram for 31128, and we will update via social media pages if and when that changes.

I believe it is hoped to fix the problem on Saturday morning, if at all possible, enabling 31128 to resume it's booked duties. Let's hope the team is successful.

Not sure the lack of toilets on friday was a good idea at a beer festival.
spoilt my day out had to leave felt ill and didn't want to mess the coaches up looking for hughy.

You have been going on about this on Facebook too, there were toilets available on all trains,

I know for a fact that there were plenty of working toilets on the trains on Friday. I’m puzzled as to why you couldn’t spot them, they were in the usual places?

Don't use Facebook, I was on the 5 car set with the blood and custard coach, Was told by multiple passengers and confirmed by guards etc was no toilets in use on that set.

Mean I'm sure the railway would have appreciated us relieving ourselves, up a toilet door.

Yes I am an active volunteer
I got that set on its last trip to the River Frome behind the Class 25 and Class 31, and the toilet in the Maunsell TO was open and in use.

I know, because I used it!

You may well have but it wasn't available for use when i left around 1 pm
And not cause someone was using it was told, sorry it's locked either run to ones at Norden or go at Corfe or Swanage.

The attitude of a few "staff" wasn't that great seeing as we been locked up for the past few years.

Dare to ask why we were kicked off that set to shunt a coach on when it could have been done the night before,
Basically got told to foxtrot off,

Put alot of money in not just the forty pound ticket put another sixty odd in as a donation.

Feel like asking for it back , or maybe infuture not donating enjoying it for free from the common like most did and saving the 100 to go elsewhere, sure the mid hants , bodmin etc would love it.

Comments regarding toilets have been noted by the organisers and although toilets were provided on all trains, provision could of been better. Has been raised.

Not able to attend much of this due to domestic commitments, but did manage brief trips out each day.
A few images for those of a diesel persuasion.
First two Swanage on Friday, the night shot the 22:30 to Norden
    Two from Creech on Saturday.
Two of the 33/73 combo at Harmans Cross and Holme Lane.
