    A short break to Wales and an opportunity to see as many Narrow Gauge lines as practical whilst giving each some time

    A pitstop enabled us to see the Earl in operation at Welshpool

    The afternoon was then spent at a busy Talyllyn railway

    Following day we went to the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway where I was able to enjoy a trip behind Russell

    I've also been out and about this week; to add to your collection here is a sequence showing Lyd running round at Rhyd Ddu on a day that was considerably wetter than it has been for a while!
