    Interesting difference between the automatic(?) exposures on the approaching and receding shots.

    There really was a big difference between the light levels looking east and looking west but not as pronounced as it appears. The station was dark but not quite as dark as shown. I had my camera, partly "zoomed in" and set for a reasonably high "shutter speed" to stop the action and then left it to do the best it could with the exposure/depth of field. Looking west, the much brighter scene was further enhanced by the wide angle shot and the always "enthusiastic" iPhone on automatic.
