Glad some of you got something:- Pendo Man / Eus, HST to Plymouth, but in order to get home all we saw was the 52!

Might turn out somewhere tomorrow, but north is where the interest is now.

There were a few people that were very unfortunate to have to go home especially when some had been waiting most of the day.

Great! 2 Pacifics slipping - I can hear from G.J.Churchward saying "I knew i was right with the 4-6-0 thing" !!!
In all fairness, its not an easy start from there. Devon's version of Kings Cross + Gasworks tunnel

As far as I could work out it was (unusually) the Brit that was slipping the most.
    The spamcan seemed surprisingly surefooted.
Perhaps they were taking it easy on the spamcan, to prevent slipping,
so the Brit was having to do all the work

They weren't taking it easy at Liskeard or Tiverton it drowned the Brit out!

Hello All, just to let all know that I have updated my photos of "The Great Britain II" in the Plymouth area on my web site at http://preservedrailwaylocomotivephotos ... topic.net/ for all to enjoy. Please do make comments positive, negative or constructive critisism. Delay in updating was due to other commitments and a trip to Paignton yesterday to see and photograph 5029 Nunney Castle as she passed through on route to Churston Works. I am most thankful to Lizard & Matt Carey for passing on info of this locos movements. Cheers. \:D/ These images will be added later today so please visit web site and hopefully enjoy.

    Best regards SteamHawk216.

A HUGE thanks to everyone who posted pictures of the Great Britain on Tuesday, it was an amazing day and the pictures serve as a great reminder.

(SteamHawk216, just to let you know that your cab photos of 70013 and 34067 are the wrong way around)
