    No I do not currently volunteer
    At the KRM's photographic fair back in January (2023) I ordered ( and paid for) a copy of a photo of a private owner wagon from their own archive, expecting to receive it within the 2/3 weeks that they advertise on their website. It is now 16th June and I haven't yet received the copy. They replied to my email enquiry of a couple of months ago stating that my photo had been scanned on 27th January but I still haven't received it and they have not responded to my last 3 enquiry emails.

    Has anybody else had this problem with them?.

    I attended a photographic display in 2018 only to find it being dismantled when i arrived.....
