Good job they decided to change the front buffers on A4's to longer ones, otherwise it would be a little tight. Don't think they (Doncaster) expected regular tender first haulage.

 

One from last month, 25 years after digging all that crud out of the rad fan room behind me, I finally get to pose in the drivers seat, that day when I get to release the brake and stick it in notch 1 is going to happen shortly!

I was wandering round Ropley yard during the time Bittern was there in blue livery. Wife asks her husband "Is it Thomas?"
