Dropped in on the WLLR today (for the first time). What they lack in route miles they certainly make up for in enthusiasm, smiles and a genuine desire to ensure everone has a great time. THE perfect railway to introduce small children to steam

could not agree with you more, my son Jonathan went to see the engine with his name on many years ago and they could not do enough for him. Since then, poss 10 yrs ago, we go every year to the fun day when they pull everything out including the old brickworks locos. We always buy a day rover and then spend the day photographing and riding. Never have we had anything but a fantastic day there, any request is always received with a smile and a willingness to try and oblige.

Popped into this charming little line today.

The site and rolling stock are immaculate.

Irish Mail was in steam and looked stunning.
