Are we allowed to ask what for? Or is Jimmy Baby not prepared to discuss this?

It’s been stated on Facebook that the long term aim is restoration of, I think, at least one PCV to operational condition.

About 1.30pm today, caught a fleeting glimpse of one of the Devon Belle Obos, heading east on the M25 at junction 8. Anyone know where its from/ headed?

Thank you, though not as interesting as I'd imagined! That's a fair old hike, just for storage, eh?

When you do not have any, although many SR supporters ponied up for the Carriage Shed Appeal about 5 years ago,its any warm cover in a storm! Now i read that the Carriage Shed is delayed by bureaucracy,
And SRC wonders why donations are down. Too many unfulfilled appeals is a good place to look!

SR Bulleid BTSO 4366 has now left Swanage's off-site storage for overhaul at Rampart. Once completed, this will in theory give a three-car Bulleid set formed of BTSO-CK-BTSO, although I suspect the other two will need a little 'freshening up' by that time too.

According to the Swanage heritage coach group Facebook page, 5761 is currently being worked on and close to being ready for service again. 4365 is planned to be worked on next summer. So hopefully all three will be in service together once 4366 is finished.

Just need to build that shed to keep them in now.

Indeed the 75069 fund bought this one iirc. I've actually ridden in it on both railways.
