Apparently it's a Baldwin - originally an 0-4-2ST but later converted to an 0-4-0ST - which was delivered new in 1872 to the Great Western Railway (the Canadian one...).
Seems to have ended its days with the Ontario Portland Cement Co.

Original wooden boiler lagging still in place, and gear in full forward ! A really interesting find.

What is the little cylinder between the wheels? Is that a mechanical injector?

Brake cylinder? Looks like it's connected to the brake gear.
