70013 @ Liverpool Rd

hi all,
just to let you know that 70013 is at Liverpool Rd Station (now MOSI) in Manchester next Sunday until around 1500hrs, this is after working a railtour from London on the Saturday.

 

Times are on uksteam.info.There also seems to be a light engine move to Dereham on the MNR. Colin.

 

I noticed the MNR move and shall try and see it at Wymondham. If its leaving LR at 3pm then what time roughly will it arrive?

This will obviously need amending now due to Network Rails incompetence.Out of gauge over the Hope Valley line and trip now to Sheffield.How late to leave a pretty major decision!
May be it will still leave Sheffield around the same time LE to Dereham?

 

My guess would be that 70013 will spend the night at Barrow Hill and then run to Dereham in the booked path on Sunday.

 

Yep the over nighting has been cancelled due to gauging on the Hope Valley. #-o Only found out yesterday this news.
Hopefully will be other visiters to Liverpool Rd, as site now can service mainline locomotives via mainline connection. Railtour organisers can contact MOSI in Manchester.

Anyone know what the lineside path at Kimberley station is like?

 

Path is good in day light hours for trains leaving for Wymondham.(Sun behind) 70013 due through 22.40 so the sun shouldn't be a problem!
Spoke to the driver today as they filled up with water at Alfreton. Not sure yet if 70013 will propel the train all the way to Dereham off the main line, run round support coach at Abbey station or be pulled up to Dereham by diesel. Hopefully propel to Abbey then run round support coach?

How much will a return from Wymondham to Yaxham cost please?, it says special fares are inplace and I need to know for planning
