This is the weekend after 55189 spends two weekends at the Spa Valley Railway and one weekend at the Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway....

Be lovely to see either 5025 or 5428 with the stanier mogul....

Is the pug still in LMS livery too?

 

The one I'd like to see is the Horwich Crab 13065, but I'm not holding my breath.

 

Least we are keeping people guessing with the last two guests….To Be Announced this week I believe….

The small group of us writing the WTT/Booklet are meeting on Wednesday to check over what we feel should be the final version of the WTT, before it goes to the checkers/and SVR managment for approval….After that the booklet needs to be put together, and then we should have a gala (Fingers crossed!!).

Goods Train is looking fairly set to consist of the 12/13 operational GWR wagons again, including 3 freshly painted ones since the Spring Event.

44932 and 51456 announced

 

Just announced on Facebook latest two guests of 51456 from East Lancs and 44932.

 

That's a great line-up. Well worth prising myself out of bed at some early hour and driving up the M40/42 for!
Haven't seen 44932 for a while - had a memorable mainline run with it from Waterloo to Bristol via Salisbury once,

 

44932 is a coup! Presumably as part of the 45110 sale?

Can't wait to see 51456 too, haven't seen her yet. Fantastic line up.

 

I shall be buying a ticket tomorrow. Can't wait!

 

Not much else for it to do at the moment.

 

Which makes it even more of a coup.
