    i spent the 2nd of my 3 day visit to the SVR Autumn Steam Gala on Saturday 21st September 2024, travelling by various locos to various locations'

    starting off in Bewdley, where i had accommodation and hoping the thunderstorms forecast did not materialise, which they didn't till about 8pm in the evening

    On the Saturday night of the SVR steam gala i did a round trip from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth and back to Bewdley
    starting off in daylight behind Lanky tank 11456 at Kidderminster
    on arrival at Bridgnorth there a torrential rainstorm kicked off for about 5 minutes, then just a slight drizzle i took the following photos with my phone camera
    75069, now withdrawn 43106 & 13268 Bridgnorth shed

    My worst fears regarding the weather came true this Sunday morning as i woke up in my accommodation at Bewdley to find it throwing it down with rain
