Times for the Bahamas Shakespeare Express from Derby on Sunday:

The lunchtime trip to Birmingham and evening return to Derby are pathed via Henley in Arden.

 

Just as a reminder, it will be pretty dark for the evening departure as the clocks go back an hour on Sunday morning. <BJ>

 

Anyone know roughly when next year's fixtures will be announced?

Finding a (small) gap in the lineside forest near Willington

 

A max of 73 just after Elford before slowing for Tamworth. A bit of push away from Tamworth with Wilnecote passed at 52. On the run from Water Orton we reached 61 just before Washwood Heath.
We had a brisk run through Tyseley which aided in 71mph through Widney Manor before slowing for the restriction at Dorridge. The downhill stretch towards Lapworth meant we had a max of 75.5 along side the M40 before the brakes came on for Hatton Junction. Hopefully more of the same on the return
