    Rail 200 'Open-House' Day
    Saturaday 18th January 2025
    A chance to ride behind a selection of smaller members of the East Lancs fleet.

    Shunter shuttle trips to Summerseat on the hour between 10:00 and 14:00, with a 15:00 to Burrs only (diesel north end / steam south end)
    Steam Locomotives: Andrew Barclay Works No. 1969 ‘JN Derbyshire' and L&Y Pug 19 (LMS11243)
    Diesel Locomotives: MSC 4002 ‘Arundel Castle’, Class 01, 11506 (D2956), Class 03, D2062, Class 08, 08164 ‘Prudence’ (D3232), Class 08, 08479, Class 09, 09024
    Train formed of 2 Mk1s and a Queen Mary Brake Van, donations requested to travel in the Queen Mary (money raised towards ELR’s Crab Locomotive appeal)

    Diesel locos on display (Some with cab access) in platform 4 at Bolton Street station include Class 35 7076, Class 40 40012 Aureol, Class 50, 50015 Valiant, Class 56, 56006 and Class 110 DMU power car

    Taster Driver Experience, £15.00, Bury Bolton Street Platform 2 to Baron Street Gates
    L&Y Pug 11243 until 1pm / then Class 08 08164

    Bury Transport Museum Open, alongside The Trackside Pub (Platform 2) and Buffet (Platforms 3 and 4)

    Tickets £10 adult / £8 child
