Nice one - not a betting man but, Blue Peter would be worth a punt, and as Royal Scots' certificate is up shortly (so I have read elsewhere) may be another candidate?

46100's last outing is on Tuesday then I believe it'll be moving to Margate soon afterwards.

Shame, it would make a good LMS/BR representative. Is Tuesday a private charter, can't see anything listed on Saphos or Railway Herald?

Amended: just found the details on light engine movements, thanks.

Is it 45407 that they are painting red for use in Harry Potter trains for PnP Events? Might be why they have been swapped for the event?

Won’t look right with a shiny black tender then ..
Perhaps 44871 is closer to completion than 45407.

ELR events page throwing a wobbly again, showing 2024 instead of 2025

I was trying to figure out if this was intended seriously or not and it led me to this bit of tenuous linking: https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/whats-on/whats-on-news/harry-potter-fans-can-spot-30987441

Come and see the Legendary Hogwarts Express!

Ok, it's not the actual one from the films.
Ok, It's not painted to look like it either.
But it's worked along the same bit of line featured in the film.
    Hogwarts though!

They could use 2890 DOUGLAS - it’s a sort of new build, like TORNADO.
