LE movements, ECS and test runs 2025

A couple of points that I forgot to mention yesterday. Thanks to the driver of the 37 for the hoot on the horn to acknowledge my wave, as 45212 went past I got a wave from someone who I didn't recognise on the footplate (any names, please), I did spot that Steve Chipperfield was driving the black 5.

45212 on test at Arkholme Viaduct on Thursday

 

37516 + 45212 dep Carnforth Tues 0629 to Fort William with 35508 & 5239. AN

 

If I am right in thinking 5239 is another MK2 with opening windows which wasn’t previously CDL fitted, but is now?

 

54 late at Grayrigg, 116 late at Tebay. Not going well.

Now past Shap, fingers crossed

 

Now in the loop at Harrisons Sidings. Nearest service is 20 minutes behind and it's only 10 minutes away from Penrith. Doesn't sound promising.

Just checked Railcam diagrams. The move is still showing as being in Harrison sidings

 

0Z12 out onto the Down Main - 37518 running around to take it all back to 10A?

EDIT: As of 11:38, 5Z12 onto the Up Main returning south.

I have read on Facebook that apparently the loco has failed with a hotbox again. How accurate that is I don't know but I have heard it from a few differnt people.

Does the Facebook source state whether it’s one of the:-
4 bogie axleboxes
6 driving axleboxes
6 tender axleboxes
