60163 seen from Sheriff Brow by kind permission from the farmer, the river in full flow is noisy as its rained rather a lot recently.

Nice video. But Tornado, our most modern, powerful and up to date locomotive, being assisted under leaden skies is really a strange and contradictory sight to see.

    Waverley 34067 2 NP.jpg

SR BoB Class No. 34067 'Tangmere' working today's 'Waverley' 1Z42 through Langcliffe towards Ribblehead and onwards to Carlisle with Mick Kelly driving, Robbie Ellis on the shovel and Matt Miller Guard

    Waverley 34067 3 NP.jpg

Whernside Fell, a chuffer and a Public House what more do you want in a picture, No. 34067 'Tangmere' works the return 'Waverley' 1Z43 over Ribblehead Viaduct towards the station and onwards to York with Mick Kelly driving, Martyn Soames on the shovel and Steve Adams Guard. Once the show was over I enjoyed a very nice meal at the Station Inn well recommended.

@Shep Woolley , there must have been tens of thousands of pictures taken of steam trains on the S&C, yet you still manage to find something different every time you post. They really are works of art.
Please keep taking those fantastic shots and please keep sharing - I always look forward to seeing your latest!

Station Inn is a fabulous place to stay over in the motorhome with views of the viaduct and Whernside.

I'll second that, an angle that I don't think I've seen before.

Probably with half his talent you would still take pretty good photos. :)
