Thanks for the updates Ross - impressive as ever!

 

On Monday of last week many of us enjoyed a charter on the GCR with D6700 running with a mixed rake of Quorn Wagon & Wagon's finest stock - all superbly restored and such a joy to see them out and about on the line so often!

 

The QW&W website has more updates and details of the latest work on the tanker train. There is the Railway at Work weekend starting now, with lots of action in the yard at Quorn in preparation.

 

Anyone know what happened to Sunday's update?

 

Apologies, normal service should be resumed this week. I had to fly out to Poland for work on the Sunday and Dave was on holiday, hence no update.

 

That's not a problem sometimes life gets in the way of things! Look forward to this weekends.
