Thank you for the complement (?) I think - although I had to 'Google' your phrase as my education did not have Latin as an option. I've always been a firm believer in 'Nature abhors a vacuum'.
When I was a main line driver for a few years I would try to find the cause of any hold ups and let my passengers know [we were DOO]. Even if I was not able to find the direct cause I would use the PA to say just that but would seek an answer if possible. During countless thousands of trips I never received one complaint and, on a couple of occasions, bosses even received letters complementing me on my keeping passengers [sorry, 'they' called them "customers"] informed.
However, if you feel what I wrote about 34028 was incorrect then I will apologise of course.
If my explanation was correct - but you would prefer me not to mention details in future - please let me know.
Incidentally, my apologies to you for the delayed response.
My PC gained an unwelcome trojan hack last week which has taken time to eradicate - or, perhaps, that is too much information.;)
