I went over to Pickering today for about 5 hours to get some photos the NYMR Autumn Steam Gala Thursday 25th September 2025
Couple of double headers working
45428 (freshly painted & renumbered from LMS 5428 into BR Black) & 44806 double heading a service from Grosmont arriving at Pickering

80078 on the left passed by 80116 (80138) they had both worked double headed from Grosmont, but split before entering Pickering station for some reason

34072 257 Squadron did 2 round trips while i was there

78019 arrives at Pickering with the first train of the gala, One coach!! which will later add another coach to form the Levisham shuttle service
