44871 Rail 200 Special Railway Touring Company York Saturday 27th September 2025

After staying overnight at Malton whilst visiting the NYMR Steam Gala i decided to head to York not Pickering for the morning to see 44871 Rail 200 Special Railway Touring Company especially as this was the actual 200th Anniversary date

I got there in time to see 44871 reversing from NRM to York Holgate sidings where it would pick up the charter

Special then proceeded to come into P10 rather than P11 as booked
