GWR 1366 0-6-0PT No. 1369 slogs past Bledlow Cricket Club with the 2:30pm "Santa Special" bound for Chinnor yesterday afternoon.

Details of our visiting steam locomotive for the 2025 season will soon be revealed, once the contracts are signed. Until then, we can't say too much, other than it's big and something that won't have been seen on our country branch line before.

Does anyone have any more info on the S160?. The Chinnorrail website says delivery has been delayed, for at least the next 2 weeks.

I understand that arranging police escorts for transport have caused a delay, the loco will still be heading to Chinnor next week.

Just announced on their Facebook page that 2 Class 47 locos are joining the fleet. The locos are D1501 and 47367.
