The new canopy is erected at Abergwili and the TSO is getting new seats fitted ahead of a return to service.

Both looking excellent!!! And as the bloke who "masterminded" the seat being installed after the last overhaul 20+ years ago I particularly appreciate the work being done by the volunteers.

All erected in time for a typical Easter Weekend weather wise.

meanwhile Taff 220 is being glossed and the door handles are still away being overhauled.

Loco wise L150 is out this weekend and up until next Thursday with Haulwen out after this subject to the usual caveats.

Will the waiting area have sides or is it just an overhead cover please? Also GREAT to see TVR220 being painted - I've promised myself I'll visit the railway again once it enters "regular" passenger service. I've still got my TVR sweater, not that it fits nowadays!!!!

The cover won’t have any sides but will have dagger boards and heritage signage to make it more “railway like”.

Cheers, Matt, much appreciated as always. Well done to all who worked on the planning of this improvement.
